Hi, I’m Rachel.I’m a pediatric occupational therapist and swim instructor specializing in helping children build confidence and safety in the water through individualized, supportive instruction.

For safety and group readiness, swimmers may be assessed prior to joining semi-private or group lessons. Many swimmers begin with private lessons to build confidence and foundational skills before transitioning to a group setting.
